Indeed!
I've been a reader since... well, I still had my older Athlon PC, if it helps dating things.

This inktober submission draws from different sources.
For the harpy, I got my inspiration from the "Land Ho" strip.

There was both a comedic and elegant quality to it, something stylised and sleek in the way you drew the harpy landing on the deck.
I wanted to convey a similar idea, having mine landing on a large "bugbear-like" figure, not unlike a bird of prey and its falconeer.

Your strip struck a chord with me, because when I thought "harpy", your harpies came to my mind.

Well, I made sure that most of the main cast were in other locations when it blew up. Nike herself went with Chimera to the Goblin lands to recruit the Hobgoblins. As for the rest of the Harpies, the ones that were hanging around in the cave were blown up. But I'd also showed earlier that they were growing up and getting booted out of the nest. 

When Mrs.Bloodhand and the Hobgoblins showed up to siege the Mountain, that drew a lot of the fighting outside, though there were lots of casualties in the proximity.

So yes, I've got a checklist of ones I've definitely killed off (and it isn't very long) and a whole lot of names I can still bring back with a variety of excuses.

It was a bit of a shock.
But one of the strong points of your comic is the ever evolving plot.
