Sometimes the old man is so badass that he has no enemies. They are all dead or have no guts to declare themselves enemies.
Sometimes the old man is so badass that his enemies are scarier than him. His badassery is just too big to fathom that human mind ignores it completely and decides to think about tea and cookies.
Would somebody be scared of a mna, who can bend Black Hole with its will? Too much to handle so lets just ignore his existence. To be scared of a black hole? Yes. because it is much less scarier. XD

Depends of what the other pictures are. For such poster I prefer to use four images to keep it symmetrical. If one image is from manga then the others should be as well.

You know I have had the same question in my mind as well. Did he have a beard? When did he start growing it? Was he black haired or maybe blond? Or a redhead?
What was his personality so many years ago? and just how long has he lived? He created the Shinigami Academy 2000 years ago, but I doubt that he was just a youngster back then. I even like the idea that Yamamoto lived even ten thousand years ago and he and his fire sword were the ones to end the Ice Age. XD
