Drew this after nerding about Dragnet, Get Smart, Perry Mason and every other show or movie where men were men, shoes were phones, and cops wore a full suit, fedora and trench coat to work.I meant for him to look like he's just put his hat on, but it looks more like "Did something hit me just now?" XD

back then people got away with throwing rocks at cops because you can't run in a suit and a fedora. So yes... something did hit him.
