Striking! Love the motion blur. The progression from sky to trees to water to rock is great too, the variety of colours, textures, tones etc.
On a technical point, a grad filter would have tamed the highlights in the sky, which are a bit blown out. A slower ISO would have enabled the right shutter speed at a wider aperture, too. But then I'm a picky bugger!
