Description
Snow White, my first favorite princess when I was child.
it's inspired in Disney's version but wanted to create my own version in something epic.
Her face was my favorite part to work on :3

When I saw this I just stared for a bit. There is such a story in this picture.
She is obviously young, inexperienced. Not a bad-ass warrior, snow gives off an air of fear, not confidence. And yet she has blood on her face and clothing. Her sword and cloak appear too big for her, as though they were originally worn by someone much older. Father perhaps? Killed on the field? One of her arms is bandaged, leaving her to hold the overlarge weapon with her left hand. Her only magical sign is one of peace, a crown of glowing flowers.
A young and gentle woman, forced into a position of authority in a war that she neither understands, nor desires. Struggling to survive in desperate conflict. Afraid, but not fleeing.
Very, very well done.

Piece takes on a whole new meaning when you think about her voice actress. Apparently the lady who voiced Snow White for Disney was so recognizable that she was never able to get another job for it after her role. ;-; If you think about what a battle it must have been to survive that, this piece kinda hurts a little...

Looking good, this has a lot of potential! The face looks great and the red flowers add a nice effect.
You could benefit a lot from doing some material studies to more accurately paint the armor and clothes.
Even if you enjoy painting the face the most, don't neglect the rest. Keep in mind that a painting is only as good as its weakest part.
