ok so this is pretty messed up timeline wise because this show takes place in the end of 2019 but in my timeline this is after Mira's still unnamed foal is born and weaned so Mira is 6 years old now even though otherwise she'd be like 8 months along in her pregnancy. also a short little story cause there's gonna be at least one more but hopefully up to 3 more entries for this show

"I didn't know she did dressage." Dragos remarked as Keke and Mira exited the warmup area.

"Oh yeah," Keke dismounted, handing the reins to his son as they headed back towards the guest barn. "Her sire actually has 2 Olympic gold medals in dressage. Coda's dam did some dressage too now that I think about it, but I don't know what level she ever reached. Coda herself was supposed to but then King was born and she got traded off as a Puissance horse so we bred Mira as an eventing prospect."

After Mira's win in the BRS Back to Schooling show she had been officially turned out to pasture to foal and, now that her first foal had been born and weaned, she was back in the show ring for her 6 year old season. This time she had shipped across an ocean to Japan along with her own dam, Coda, for her dressage debut and final 1* jumping class before she moved up.

"But Mira doesn't do eventing, does she?" Asked Dragos, confused.

Keke shook his head, shooing the two through the barn door. "She's too careful for cross country but I'm not a fan of that anyway, too dangerous as a sport. She's got a good career ahead of her as a jumper and dressage horse anyway, no need to risk it."

"Will she do puissance too?" The boy asked as the mare snuffled his hair, both of them always full of questions.

"You know, probably not." Unwrapping Mira's legs, the man considered it. "It's been a long time since we've had a solid Grand Prix prospect and I think Mira will probably take over for Coda when she retires. Dionoso- Savina's foal- will probably end up as a Puissance or Six Bar jumper. Lotta greys entering the show string, this is going to be a lot of fun in a few years when they're solid white."
