Everything is amazing, except I feel like you got a tad lazy on her top lip.
Eyes and nose and bottom lip and such are all really nice
but the top lip looks a bit like a wad of flat colour,
which is a shame to mine eyes because the mouth as a whole is shaped so nicely.
And you've done that thing again where the background looks watery to me~ XD

To me the way the white-ish blue bits part with her hair around the top right and a little on the left,
it looks like she's rising up out of water.
