For the title, I think what you have is fine...
Or you might want to think about what you wanted this pic to represent/symbolise.
Of course, it doesn't really have to symbolise anything, it just might help you think of a title.
Personally, I think Valon is just as good a title

I think what you have is a decent enough title. It could just be her name couldn't it?
Drawing wise I haven't got much I could concrit on.
The upper lip lacks the detail of the lower lips and looks the tiniest bit flat next to it.
And she has no eyebrows ~ but that could just be an awesome character quirk (:
In short, I love it.
