I got stuck in anime-style drawing, and you are stuck in realism O_O'
So, therefore, it's no problem with me saying HOLY CRAP!

Thank you so much : )) I tried the metal parts to look good, I think I need to take some practise in drawin metal elements, I think to draw a car or plane or anyhting like this...

The metal around Tali's neck already looks amazing XD Drawing planes is kinda hard if you want do sketch metals and shine; you have to account for the paint that goes onto the metal and figure out if it is supposed to be matte (such as most standard aircraft paint schemes used in air forces around the world) or gloss (such as stunt planes or airshow aircraft [i.e. the United States Navy Blue Angels airshow squadron]). Cars are a little bit easier since most paint on cars includes a layer of glossy wax on the outermost layer of paint. That's what makes a car shine.
NOW, in MY OPINION, if you want to work on metals, try drawing swords, shields, and medieval armors. Something like the knights of the Round Table from the King Arthur legends, or maybe even some of the armors from the Ezio Auditore saga of the Assassin's Creed games. That would be my guess (even though I have trouble drawing armor myself).
And, if I may add one more thing about this sketch, the M-5 Phalanx (I assume that's the pistol she's holding) already looks to be made out of a super-durable plastic or metal coated in matte paint. Either way, the way you shaded it looks just about perfect.

I don't think I'd call myself an expert ^^'
Just a good place to start. Between playing Battlefield 3, Assassin's Creed II, and Ace Combat Assault Horizon, I don't usually draw. If I do, I mess up and never work on that particular sketch again XD
I actually have a sketchbook that has about 85% of the pages as unfinished drawings, simply because I can't keep proportions and such things perfect.
But, again, that's just me.
But, Game of Thrones? Holy cow, my mom will definitely like to see some of that XD She's a big fan waiting for season four to come out.

Yeah, I think next week's Naruto chapter is number 650 or something like that. Very long story XD
I've been posting WIPs for this painting up as I've been getting along in it. I've decided to move on from the tree to the mountains, but that may take even longer.

Almost every single chapter of Naruto is about 20 pages long, but it is easily read; the only real thing you'd have to get used to if you aren't already is reading the panels from right to left instead of left to right. And, I'd like to correct myself, the next chapter of Naruto is Chapter 641.
I use a mouse as well XD

Yep, I've heard about the opposite direction of reading, I never read manga, but I've watched some anime : )) But not really this kind like Naruto, I love studio ghibli movies, they might seem like productions for children, but I think they're very wise and really touching ^^
Mouse is like pain in the ass for me, honestly. If I'd ever decide to stard digital art, I'd probably buy tablet, but I think I prefer my pencils ^^

Well I don't think I'll ever have the money to buy a tablet T_T Plus, I don't even know how to use one XD
I can't sit through many movies directed at children. Probably the Pirates of the Carribean and Spirit: Stallion of the Cimmeron are the only ones that I really can (Spirit was a childhood favorite, and I just love the PotC movies). I've tried sitting through a couple movies, but in the end, I can't bring myself to actually sit through the entirety. I like action filled movies like Black Hawk Down or the Harry Potter movies (even though Harry Potter is directed at children, I think the story is amazing).

I'd like to say: I'm a JEDI, not a TREKKY.
I grew up watching Star Wars, so obviously I'm going to like those movies and games (mostly the KotOR games).

Truthfully, every Star Wars movie has its good and bad moments; if I had to choose for action, it'd have to be Episodes I, II, and III, but for incredible storytelling and awesome space battles, I love Episodes VI, V, and IV.
As for the KotOR games, I have to say that KotOR II really improved on a lot of KotOR I's problems. Weapon customization has expanded to just about anything, and I love the new lightsaber colors (orange, viridian, and silver).
Overall, the entire Star Wars universe is made to be expansive and huge; you could quite literally write about anything before or after what is already part of the canon of the universe and have LucasArts (now Disney [I hate this fact]) judge whether or not it could be part of the canon in the storyline.

I've heard there is going to be another epizode, but made by Disney... Don't know if I want to watch it. I loved epizodes 4 5 6, even if there were less super effects thank in 1 2 and 3, I still think they had some kind of "mood" new ones don't have

Well, then.
Yes, I've seen just about every episode of GoT thanks to my mom recording them on our DVR -_-' She never watches the whole episode XD
My next project, which happens to be the first painting one in a WHILE for me, is in the works. If you want, check my journal XD

I'm used to anime-style shading and whatnot, so I this painting is for me to get used to more realistic color pallets.
As for GoT, I think it's cool and all, just not my cup of tea, so to speak. While I do like the fantasy genre, I really prefer military action, action/adventure, and scifi. That being said, my favorite MANGA genre is Shonen, specifically the Naruto (copyright to Masashi Kishimoto, Weekly Jump, and Shonen Jump) and Bleach (copyright Tite Kubo, Weekly Jump, and Shonen Jump) mangas. They are still part of the action/adventure and fantasy genres, but I'm in it for the story. While both authors pull some "Did he REALLY just do that!?" kind of moments, I think they are very well done overall. So, I think it's safe to say that since I've read EVERY CHAPTER that's come out so far for each manga, THAT may be my area of expertise. But that's me XD
Personally, I do like fantasy genre movies and video games (such as TESV Skyrim and Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen), and I actually prefer swords over guns in real life anyway XD I think that if TV rating companies would allow some of the stuff from the GoT series of books to be actually implemented in the TV series, it might be a lot better. My mom told me as I watched one of the last few episodes from season three that Cat Stark was did something in the books but it wasn't actually shown on the TV episode for graphic content. If that makes any sense, my argument is valid XD
