Ahhh penguins... who would resist these cute Antarctic animals? 
That penguin reminded me of that one character from Happy Feet! Yep, strongly resembles that one guy... hmmmm....
OK... I love how the penguin is drawn. Pretty neat and clean. Looks smooth in the shading too.
The sparkler also gives a mention. Good light and very crisp in detail. Handles pretty neat, too.
Though I might wanna state my remarks, but it's minor remarks. There is a color dissonance between head and body. The colors of the penguin look very weird. Shouldn't there be more black and white on the body besides being it to greyish? Also... whenever there is a bright light there, there is light that brightens the surroundings. So put some more light on the penguin from where the direction of the light is coming from, and put more dark shading on the back as well. And that's basically all.
So far, so great. What a great start to start the year right for u! U got urself an amazing headstart to kickstart 2020 with ur talented artwork. Happy with that.

And it's a penguin chik and they tend to have grey-ish fur on the body and and a bit brighter fur on the back, but that effect was lost while shading our little friend here.

First of all, I gotta say that I think penguins are kind of awesome, despite the fact that they're unable to fly... in air! The way they swim underwater is very reminiscent to flying! Alas, I digress. You managed to capture this penguin awesomeness within your picture quite very well. The grey plumage tell that it's a chick (altough I am not an expert on the different species of penguins). This penguin in particular looks very cute as he enjoys his sparkler. The starry sky and the milky way give the picture a certain homey atmosphere. The red and yellow gloaming at the horizon is also a very nice touch. The only thing I can criticize here is that the snow looks to coarse. Somehow you choose a filter or a brush that makes it look rather like sand.
