This is Undertaker from Kuro Shitsuji (Black Butler). I just love this character, just because he's so weird. Lol! At first I thought it would be pretty simple, but when I started researching his character design, I found so many little things that never stood out unless I looked carefully. See Details for more pics. My favorite part of the this plushie is the hat. Oh my gosh, it was such a pain to make but I think it turned out so well! I just love it!

Going to try to answer all you questions here. 
It's been a while so I can't remember exactly how long it took, but usually my plushies take anywhere from 20-40 hours to make.
It's got an wire armature and fill with polyfill.
Materials range from ultrasuede which are REALLY pricey, to moleskin or faux suede, which are medium priced.
