My character Blanche in her garden filled with roses~
I like creating a different universe in my head, a world where I can float away from reality. The birds symbolise all the dreams and creations that come from the head, like.. they are no longer trapped in the cage ;3. I used a real-life photos to draw the background, her outfit is designed by me, it was a lot of hard work but finally it's finished ;;
Watercolours, ink, pencil on 300g watercolour paper.

So beautiful... She looks like marble sitting on the pestle... I really enjoy all the effort you put into making her look this way, and then to contrast it so nicely with the vibrancy of the roses (which look like they took absolutely forever to make)
