To be honest, I'm not entirely satisfied with the colouring here.... but eh, I'm not in the best of moods either, so I guess I can't really expect much.

|D... I need to use better names for my chars -shoots self-. Ahem. Anyway, you know I like it <3~~ And you know what I like about it!
The only thing I can say that's off is his stance... it's a little innatural, even if one's turning XD... while holding a feather, haha. There's no... balance? :'D Not sure how to put it, but at the moment attention is demanded to his right hand because he holds it like that and it shows his fangs (though they're shown subtally so some might not get it and mistake them for long nails), secondly his other hand which holds the feather and third his face... at least in my case, because I always look at the faces first and it's a general focus point.
As all three of them are in another direction my eyes go from here to there to nowhere and can't really rest on one point, which makes it more chaotic.
That's it for crit though, nice pic~

:'3 Thanks for pointing that out to me - I knew something wasn't right, but... I just couldn't tell what it was. XD; Imma try to make it better next time of course, I'm still trying to get the hang of dynamic poses.

Actually, *Warning, HB is about to make a fool of himself by spewing hand-2-hand facts he wishese he had never noticed* The pose works pretty well, especially if he has a strong back (it pulles shoulders back instead of hunching them forward) and is leading with his left shoulder to attack with his right hand. While easy to block someone doing this, if their superhuman, it looks totally epic.*This ends HB's stupider than normal section of the post. His gives his apologies since he has not sparred in weeks.* Yeah, sorry 'bout that. I'm alot less educated about art, whether through classes or practice, but I agree with the three points of focus. I think it works well with the backround tho. Then again, Kaito and Tirinity acctually know what their saying so, what do I know?

X'D Thank you for the thorough analysis, but this was more about the pose's impact on the viewer. Tir is right, since I drew the pic in a way so 3 points stand out, which makes the whole composition kind of unbalanced.
