Good job. The coloring and shading is pretty impressive but what I like most is the pose. Keep drawing more and more okay? But tell me something. Tell me where do I go wrong with my drawings? What should I specifically practice to improve my art style and poses? I know I practice a lot and I will much more what what aspects should I focus on?

I think that you could look at the anatomy proportions. A lot of joints are half the length of their limbs. Like :
-The hips, half of the body
-The waist, half of the torso.
-The elbows, half of the arms
-The knees, half of the legs
Look at the stick figure I did below.
Also, you tend to draw arms and legs symmetrical. There are not. As an example, the lower part of the leg should curve outward a little bit. You could look at photos and if it's too hard to see, trace the outline and remove the photo. You should have a simpler view of the body parts.
But you are working a lot of the characters poses and it shows, don't stop this!
