This is the colored version of the fan character I had posted earlier. The background design was made in PaintShop Pro 6. It looked best with the picture out of all the ones I experiemented with.Here is the uncolored version: [link]

He has a claw sticking out of the back of each of his feet, and can hook into things with them. Otherwise nothing special.
