morning running won't make you any stronger, just more thin. Only doing phisical exercises with dumbbells, doing pushups, and pullups(I hope I spelled it right) will make you stronger.

at least it'll be better than only sitting, sleeping, and doing nothing.. @w@; gotta fix my unstable heartbeat, many say that jogging is a good start before doing another exercises~
