10. Kanato Sakamiki from Diabolik Lovers video game and anime version
Yes, I hate the Sakamiki brothers in the anime version except for Subaru. Honestly, Kanato was the ONLY Sakamiki brother I was neutral on. Ayato and Laito were the BIGGEST douchebags in the anime. I only watched like 5 and 10 episodes of it and I stopped watching the anime completely. He has dark circles like L Lawliet from Death Note and I won't lie, his game counterpart was different, I'll give them that.
Well, Kanato's anime counterpart was a douchebag and all but I'd rather spend ten seconds of watching a game walk through on YouTube.
That's all I can say about him. NEXT!

9. Gilda from MLP FIM
It's been a long time since I watched MLP FIM however I'm still neutral on Gilda. Her rabid fans praised her making Fluttershy cry and how she acted rude to everyone except for Rainbow Dash. Honestly, her behavior reminds me someone I know in real life and on deviantART. I won't give out any names though.
Why is she on this list? Her fans portray her in fanfics as a rude and selfish character. At least the show made her likeable or at least from what fans said in a few episodes the last time she appeared.
I really hate how she acted rude to everyone and yes I do know her kind are heartless and cruel but I think in one episode her attitude got better and she acted more nicer. I'm glad her personality changed.

8. Kyubey from Puella Magi Madoka Magica
Did I watch the anime? YES I finished it on Wednesday.

Why am I neutral on him? He clearly doesn't care about others and uses them to make a contract with him e.g Homura, Sayaka, Madoka, Mami and Kyoko. I honestly don't view him as antagonist, I only view him as neutral e.g neither good or evil. I thought he was cute but he later became creepy as the anime progresses. Good lord.
Whether Kyubey is good or evil or neutral is up to the writer's.
Yes, I know he grants wishes but it has a terrible cost see Sayaka, Homura and Madoka's case for example. Not all antagonists have to be evil, I'll give him that.
Kyubey does give the cold hard truth to the girls honestly.
That's all I have to say about him. What do you want to say more of Kyubey? Well, he does grant wishes and made Madoka a magical girl in the end and in his world, people with emotions are seen as mentally ill.
The anime only had 12 episodes and that's it.

7. D.W from Arthur.
I'm fine with everyone hating D.W and yes she gets on my nerves in SOME episodes. Good lord, her worst attitude was D.W's Very Bad Mood. I really wanted to throw my desktop computer out the window for that episode. She's really selfish and ANNOYING to every teen and young adult viewers out there. Her character and personality is often exaggerated due to different writers.
No matter how old I get, D.W will still be on my hated AND in between characters list. She even uses the I'm just a kid excuse to justify her bratty attitude.
And yes I'm glad that Arthur hit her in the episode of Arthur's Big Hit.

6. Mamoru/Darien from Sailor Moon 90's anime
The 90's anime his character was watered down to throwing roses. He broke up with Usagi over a dream in season 2. Even worse in the DIC dub of Sailor Moon, his fight with Jadiete was CUT out. Literally. Don't believe me? GO to YouTube and look up The World's Lamest Fight. Here it is . If he actually said something about his nightmares instead of breaking Usagi's heart, that would have been great. But nooo, he had to do that. *sighs* I like his Crystal and manga counterpart better. He's more likable there.

5. Yuno Gasai from Mirai Nikki/Future Diary
Did I watch the anime or read the manga? Neither. I will in the summer.
Oh boy here comes the fans who treat their unpopular opinions like it's a fact. Yuno is called yandere queen for a reason and she spawned many memes to this day. Yes, I know she's a yandere in BOTH anime and mangas. Her fanbase made me neutral on it. She's the WORST character to be stuck on the island with. Literally. She would probably kill all the animals in 8 minutes flat.
I wouldn't want to date her in all my life. No just no.
Her backstory was cliche that doesn't even justify her actions.
Her manga counterpart was better.

4. Sasuke Uchiha from Naruto anime and manga
I'm going on European side, he has gotten a lot of controversy and some popularity for good reason. Like with Yuno, his backstory is cliche and doesn't justify his actions. The biggest issue I have with Kishimoto is that how he has a lot of plot holes. He focuses way too much on Sasuke. His character was butchered in the anime. The anime adaptation was by TV Tokyo, typical of them to ruin Naruto. If the anime handled by Kyoto Animation or some other animation company that isn't TV Tokyo, it would have been a different story.
Obviously, the anime and manga is called Naruto for good reason.
Plus his rabid fanbase annoys me and bash on Hinata and Sakura for shallow reasons.
I feel sorry for his both Japanese and English voice actors.

3. Louise from the Familiar of Zero
Did I watch this anime? No I haven't.
Another poor tsundere character that beats up the male character. God damn... Honestly, contrasting her to other tsundere characters like Asuka from Neon Genesis Evangelion and Shana from Shakugan no Shana 24/7 is childish. It's annoying.
Don't get me wrong, dislike Louise all you want but my god stop with all the contrast 24/7. We get it! But you don't need to make YouTube videos and Tumblr posts for us to get the point.
I like some tsunderes that don't simply beat up male characters. So I like well written tsundere characters see: Rei/Sailor Mars 90's anime counterpart.
Would it kill the writers to water down the beating down of Saito? Jesus Christ..

2. Holly Blue Agate from Steven Universe
I'm not too far into Steven Universe, I've seen some episodes like Gem Harvest, Steven's Dream to name a few.
I'm fully aware that some fans hate Holly already because of her constant verbal abuse to the other Amethysts, Jaspers and Carnelian. She's like a school hall monitor when she said we don't run or shout in these hallways, she's like Mother Gothal from Tangled; they both feel about the mumbling and strict school teacher. I like her design and hairstyle. The lyrics in What's the Use of Feeling Blue said "an agate terrifies". I would like her if her constant strict behavior was toned down or something.

Did I watch the anime? No, I'll try when I finish watching D Gray Man Hallow.
Granted, I haven't seen the anime yet. Sword Art Online has gotten some controversial over the years when it first came out everyone loved it but everyone will say it's either love it or hate it kind of animes.
Honestly, the author has NEVER touched a video game or played a MMORPG game. Yes, I know Kirito is overpowered and all but my god, the author really needs to fix him or something.
I feel sorry for his Japanese and English voice actors though.
That's all I can say about him.
