She's an 8 year old (15 in the US versions) girl who is actually a witch who lives in Diamond City in a haunted mansion with her demon companion, Red. Red turns into her broom or her staff at times and Ashley can cast different spells.

Yeah Also, I heard that when you play WarioWare: Touched, after you get the record spinning thing, if you spin the record with her theme on it really fast, you can hear Ashley say "I have granted kids to hell!".
