Wow, that's a véry harsh comment from G.B.Shaw there ... totally black & white, without any 'gray' and so: untrue !
For example, handicapped people didn't ask for those 'circumstances' in their life ...
'You deserve what you get' is so bad ! Shame ! Have compassion with not-so-fortunate-people, thàt's Christian!
Never condemn nor judge someone else .
