I arrived much too late at Brussels (15:00), so I only had about an hour's worth of good light before dusk began to fall. All in all, I was lucky to get some good pictures!
That said, it was a weird experience - almost every single train has changed with the implementation of the new schedules last Sunday. Quite a lot of the train compositions have changed - for instance, these trains were becoming increasingly rare on the Antwerp-Brussels line in the past few months, and now there are all of a sudden several in use on the Antwerp-Central - Brussels-South and Brussels-South - Essen services. Even more remarkable is the sudden appearance of a number of the old EMU 75s on the same services, sometimes combined with the "Classic Units" (EMU 66/73 + EMU 75). I took one of these on the way back, actually...
