I'm dying to know how you make that little dip on the tip of the petal? I've been searching for a tutorial or something to find out but have had no luck yet. I'd really appreciate it if you could let me in on the secret. Also, what kind of fabric do you use?

To make the dip, you put a little bit of rice glue on the outer middle part of a petal, and press and hold till you get the desired shape. Personally, I use a variety of materials but traditionally, they are made from habutae silk

Oh thank you very much, though unfortunately I think both of those materials are kind of hard to find around here. ^ ^; Perhaps I can look online. So far I've just been practicing with cotton and craft glue lol.
