Deoxys, having been impressed by the power of fellow artifical pokemon Mewtwo, merges its own DNA into Mewtwo's.Thus born is Mexys. No Heart, no Soul, and no Mercy.

It had to happen, I guess. A Mewtwo-Deoxys hybrid, that is. You've handled that concept quite well, although the final result somewhat reminds me of the Protoss of StarCraft fame. I must wonder though, did this hybrid inherit Deoxys' abilities to change its form to various attribute-enhanced forms, or does it not need them anymore?
