My second rendition of Azula post Sozin's Comet. This time she's a samurai! I always wanted to draw a samurai, and this came out a ton better than wat i imagined! Hooray for me!

What an improvement from wat i tried last time [link] ! I stayed faaar away from using a pen, cuz that's wat really fucked the other one up.

Anyhow, let me explain wat's going on here: At the end of the series (Avatar), Azula was said to be thrown into a psychiatric ward cuz she's crazy (who knew? ). I predict she'll find a way to break out of her straight-jacket and try to get back at Team Avatar (particularly Zuko) by gathering followers and starting a rebellion against the Fire Nation and reclaim her throne (That'd make an AWSOME plot for season 4!!!!!).

Odds are, the Avatar took away Azula's bending like he did to Ozai, without her powers, how will she fight? Simple: grab an ass-load of weapons and go around killing everybody (just like Mai, but more badassed)! Here, Azula's got a Nodachi (long-katana) in her right hand, a Naginata (essentially a katana on a spear, commonly associated with women) in her left, and the two swords that would normally be carried by samurai.

Azula belongs to Bryke.
