This is downright the best Sauron fan art I have seen. WOW!

Тема Келебримбора - одна из самых драматичных для меня....он невероятно талантлив как и его дед, и , так же как и Феанора, судьба не пощадила его... Мне очень нравится этот рисунок - красивое лицо Келебримбора и лукавый взгляд Саурона на красно-черном фоне - смотрится эффектно) Отличный выбор темы и исполнение. Спасибо)

This is gorgeous! But there's something: Celebrimbor didn´t forge the one, it was secretly made in the Amon Amarth with the purpose of controlling every other rings of power and their bearer. But elves we're great in the Second Age of Sun, despite they were declining, and they notice all the plans when Sauron wore the one for the first time, and got away from him. Then Sauron claimed all the rings that were made thanks to his knowledge, but elves kept three made for the Mírdain that Annatar never touched: Vilya, Nenya and Narya.

Sauron is finnished since Jan 30th (late gift for you, I know ...). It's only pencil because I could not draw digitally for a long time.
