I've been told both green and blue (as well as green-blue, blue-green, hazel, so on and so on). So I think you should just color them whatever color you think is right

I've only been able to play the first DMC game so I don't understand why the one woman has 1 green eye and 1 red eye. They're so awesome though! I love it!

Lady was born hetero chromatic, though because her father also has those creepy eyes, it might have something to do with him wanting to become a demon...maybe they became that way after some manner of rituals and thus passed them on to his daughter? O: It's never really explained in the games anyway, so it's up for interpretation whether you've played them or not
