With that out of the way, I present Bit Man from Mega man PC III [link] He's the bizzarre love child of Hard and Crash, or you could say he's basically Spark man with a nose and painted yellow since Wily was busy watching the Simpsons while working on this guy. Note that I opted out of using a scenery since I really did not want to use another black background. Hope you enjoy.
