I wonder whatever happened to the Cortez during the Earth Civil War? I'm sure it's somewhere but such trivial things like that entertain me.

The explorer-class ships weren't really war-machines so I imagine that those commanded by Clarke loyalist officers were restricted to dock during the Civil War so their crews could be used on warships. As for rebel ones, I can see them handling second-line duties like smuggling weapons from the alien allies and helping set up resupply bases outside of EA space.

Yeah, I remember that ship... That thing was about four miles long, right? Pretty good episode too, it had a good sneak peak of a shadow vessel.
