Probably prior to Ghetsis' and Lysandre's existence, she's different from many of the villains considering that she actually had the intent to hurt/even kill people

Team Flare is definetly my favorite evil team, but I also like the team from Pokrmon Ranger Shadows of Alamia, Team Dim Sun. Especially there name!
