(This character's design is rushed. Man, why do a lot of the adults I made for Paraphillia look younger? XD)

Name: Rufa Gara
Age: Mid 20s
Personification: Foot Cannibalism

Rufa is a semi-wealthy woman from one of the islands in Paraphillia, though not a lot of people don't know much of her being wealthy, but for another trait. She seems to have some fond of eating people's feet, along with having a bit of a monstrous look on her face, giving her the alias "The Sole Eater". She has been successful with some captures. However, she's obsessed to capture (femme) Net, who spends time on her home island with Gale. She sometimes tries to target Arima if possible. Despite her seemingly over the top interest, she does often act like a typical high class woman.

She's often wealthy from her often stealing from Collette's minings. Despite her sometimes successful captures on others, she seems to fail on capturing her prime targets
