Rank: Military or civil rank, eg. Captain, Duchess
Title: e.g. Duke of Cornwall, High Priestess of Lolth
Epithet: This is a descriptive term they might have attached to their name, e.g. Gandalf's epithet would be "the Grey", or a descriptive name they are known by, e.g. "The Flame Alchemist"
