Description: Junkas are the spirits that guard Etherwas' Hell, Ehndaj. They're fast and completely merciless against those who try to escape or rebel. They will visit the living world especially during wars, when evil poisons men's souls and calls out to them. They won't interfere with the course of the events, but they'll stand close and wait for the damned to have their last breath before sinking their teeth in their souls.
(Yes, they can be anthro-ed.)

Well, I didn't get that problem until I hit a certain level of money traffic... Something about being sure you're not trading dirty money or whatever.
Even if it's a pre-paid card, it should have your name/address linked to it (you should go where it was bought/activated and ask them about that), then you need a proof of where you live. I got it in my Town Hall, by paying a stupid stamp fee. You could get one for free from a wage receipt or a bank account mail, but I had neither of those so...
I'm afraid that's everything I know about this kind of problem. รฉ_รจ
