Only a few Oniroi are aware of this fact because Sköliro doesn't like to talk about his feelings, not because he's mysterious or secretive, but because he's pretty ashamed of himself and has a pretty low self-esteem. He can't forgive himself for leaving his family and giving up on his duty as a Dreamcatcher when he couldn't bear the loss of one of his human friend. Even now that he's back on duty, he doesn't think he's worthy of being the guardian of the lineage is family is bounded to and is too afraid to go back to them. He found a way to cope with his great anxiety, and that is singing (he's a great singer, hence his nickname) and a lot of humor. He despites Barathroi because they make innocent beings their pray and he thinks of them as pure evil (that's a continual source of disagreement with his mate, Crématia).

Backstory: Sköliro was born a green Oniron in a influent family that was taking care of the same lineage for ages. The link between the Oniroi and the humans was strong and Lyre's first job as a Dreamcatcher was to watch upon a young adult. He grew really close to the boy he had to protect and took his job at heart, easing the many nightmares the young boy was having. The boy grew older, of course, and soon he became an adult... And then, like every humans, he died, leaving behind him his children for the Oniroi to take care of. Sköliro knew that, being immortal, he would have to watch his protégés die, but it didn't make the pain more bearable. He didn't want to watch upon another human, he was in too much pain for that... He was so distressed that his fur turned paler, more grey than green. Lyre isolated himself from his family and finally, he ran away. The Oniron spend a long time alone before, out of curiosity, he decided to cross into the physical world. He soon realized he was a coward when he went wandering in this new world, discovering that nightmares are sometimes kinder than reality. Humans had to deal with this sort of pain all the time! He had no right to let them down. His only purpose in life is now to ease the nights of those who lost friends and relatives. He still thinks he isn't worthy of being a Dreamcatcher and does his best to make up for his past mistakes.

Likes: Making people laugh, easing pain by singing, knowing that he's doing a good job, giving a hand to those who needs it (Oniroi and Humans, not Barathroi), wandering into the physical world to learn a bit more about the humans he's taking care of.

Dislikes: Barathroi, making someone sad or angry with him, conflicts, the fact that his self-esteem is so low, clowns (they are not funny, no matter how hard they try, and in his experience, dream involving clowns are usually nightmares).

Inner peace pendants : Coming from an important family, Sköliro was gifted many precious stones when he was born; since he was green, he received numerous emeralds, but his favorites were always the sapphires and rubies. When he was old enough to pick up a pendant, he opted for a trinket shaped as a star.

She has numerous flaws, for example she's stubborn and easily irritated when someone doesn't admit they did something wrong: she's not an easy forgiver. Her trust is easy to win but also easy to lose, and there's no second chance with her. Marcia is rather pessimistic and she rarely smiles (even her mate, which has quite a sense of humor, never heard her laugh). She's not well liked by many Oniroi because of what she did a while ago, but it doesn't bother her too much. As long as they don't keep her from doing what she does, she doesn't mind what others think. She'll do anything to protect those she loves and won't hesitate to cross into the physical world to protect one of the humans she's watching over.

But it wasn't enough for Marcia; she wanted to see what the real world was like, she wanted to speak with her, to understand the human she was protecting... She decided to cross into the physical world, and then... Everything changed. She discovered that the woman was abject, a horrible mother and a nasty being. All her illusions crumbled and Crématia felt rightfully betrayed: the woman she portrayed as pure of heart was the exact opposite. She was disgusted and enraged when she crossed into the dream world: she didn't want to protect that person's dreams anymore, she deserved to have nightmares! This reflection gave her an idea: she sought the help of Barathroi and decided to torment the woman. The human had so many vivid nightmares she nearly lost her mind and soon Marcia's family learned about her betrayal. She tried to explain her gesture but they didn't want to hear a word from her, and casted her out of the group. She was left alone, without anyone to care for before she met Sköliro. She made the decision to spend more time in the physical world to get to know the humans and to help those she decided worthy of her help (usually victims of injustices and small children) by assuring them a peaceful, dreamless, night. She concluded an arrangement with a bunch of Barathroi, offering them nasty people to torment and ensuring in exchange the safety of her protégés.

Likes: Being told she's wrong when she's right (so she can brag about it later and smugly tell you "I told you so"), giving horrible people a taste of their own medicine, crossing into the physical world, helping children to overcome their fears.
