At the age of 17-year-old, he already understand anything he never understand, he decided to move to a mafia group called Cornacchioni and he think that this is the best way to run from his city that he can't resist again to live.

One year later, at the age of 18-year-old, he became one of Cornacchioni's Assassination Squad / Lightning [Fulmine]

How come his ability is lightning ? Well, his parents taught Yong Hae a little lesson about how to control lightning so after his parents died (heart attack disease), Yong Hae did self-taught and did some practice with his friends when he is still in his city (unknown name city in Korean)
