The hair was the underhat hair ^^ 

(if you have the femscout_custom model)

Right click the model in animation set editor -> Set Body Groups -> Hair -> femscout_hair-underhat.smd

And I just edited it a little in gimp x)

And I think I can help you to get the Femscout's cardigan to sfm..
