I believe I found the hospital equipment on VPVP wiki, but it was a really long time ago, and I can't remember the modeller's name.
Same issue with the wheelchair, but the textures look like default Google Sketchup textures, so you might be able to find it (or a better one) at the Google Sketchup Warehouse.
