As someone who has been doing adopts for years, I hope you take my advice into account...
This is price EXTREMELY high for an adopt, even at a Buyout price.
Even most of the best and most popular adopts dont have a starting bid above $10 and even then they offer 2 or more pictures, like a chibi, headshot and full body of that same adopt.
My recomendation is to go to the DA search bar, type "adoptables" and select "most popular for all time" from the drop menu on the left hand side. Selecting those will bring up the adoptables that have been submitted to DA, that have had the most attention with faves and comments.
Your style is great so i would definitely consider you in the same gate as all the artists that come up with this search.
Browse those and research the prices and what they offer. This should give you an idea on what to set your adopt prices at.
Oh, and i read in the comments that you are giving the winner a turnaround or illustration... you might want to include that in the description as well

Why would someone pay $20 for something that isn't even a fullbody?
I mean, they buy like the bust and then have to come up with the rest of the character...
You know some adoptable group, the most high quality groups, would never allow that.
