Poor Arthur, again. A very rough sketch scanned, retouched and colored in OC, attempt at bg in PS. It looks weird, I know... the head doesn't seem to be at the right angle and it looks somewhat wider than wise for the size of the body. Dunno, I still liked it so I rescued it...And yes, that was meant to look like Arthur's infamous "naked waiter" outfit XDDDDDD
