Top center menu,I nowu nderstand how it got there now,judging by the distance between that menu and the top,you upped the top offset to about 200 pixels,so that what appears to be the header image is actually part of the background.
Second question Is the site expandable with the boarder you used which also looks like its part of the Bg?

don't offer any live demo at the moment, but can take more screenshot of any additional areas. it works with all native modules, wc3 valid etc
