this is SUPER-DOOPER late!!!i know, and im sorry.. but i never stopped trying to get it to the surface and here it is!!
this is for the movie poster assignment, and this is in homage to one of the greatest comic strips ever printed CALVIN and HOBBES by bill watterson. it was funny , brilliant, challenging, and just damn good. it revolutionized the medium.anyway, [link] was so gracious in stepping in to help me color this! she has been thru SO much lately, what with the katrina incident and aftermath, and she STILL finished this(amazing..!).so enjoy!

It's kind of too pure for that, or something, and a movie would kind of soil that...

YEAH, YOURE RIGHT... and thats pretty much why he cancelled the series and retired. even though i understand, and see his point of view, it was a shame to see it go away.the only reason i did this poster was cause of the assignment...otherwise i would never expect to see an actual movie made. it would be nice to see something else by bill...ALL that talent should continue somewhere!(heh!)
