I know you liked this pic so much. I was happy to let you have it. I'm glad we saw so many neat birds together.

You took a very original shot. It´s not the typical pic of a bird. This is different. Next time we´ll see more birds. It´s a pity not to can to show you the imperial eagle although it was in the zoo only. My colleague asked me this morning why I didn´t call him. I spoke to him about your cold. Next time.

If I remember correctly it's the males that are actually black, the females are a brown colour with both having orange beaks (I think).........bit of weird n wonderful info I pick up lol

Ha ha ha! You´re right! The female is brown. I have to tell you I like the birds a lot. They are my favourite animal and pet but I don´t understand anything about. Only about budgies because, as you know, I have eight actually and I have had them since a long time. But my friend, Des, who took the picture understands a lot about birds. And she knew, of course, the different plumages between males and females Blackbirds. If I see a female, sure I think she is other kind of bird, ha ha ha!

Yes he is. This is one of the bigger birds that are around my house. But it doesn´t mean it were easy to take a picture. I think Des made a good shot.

Des told me that your robins are different than ours. I have to find out how yours are.

Yes but in English language he is named "Black Bird" (as you see the name is not too original)
