It's hilarious to me how much better soooo many of the "fan-designs" are in comparrison to the official in game costumes.
This one captures her athletic but modest personality.
Not like the outrageously over sexed costumes they gave her in game. Not that I don't like sexy, but it's just not HER personality.

This'd be a great costume for SF IV, so long as Capcom ingame model's shoulders first. Watching Chun-Li's victory animation in her black dress looks weird how her shoulders fold.
