Description:
Tetsuko is an accomplished sniper in the forces of the Tokugawa Shogunate. Orphaned when she was little and raised by a blind gunsmith, she joined the army as a firearms consultant. In year 1869, when Boshin War takes a wrong turn for the Shogun's forces, she is already a feared skirmisher, rumoured to have shot and killed over twenty Imperial officers.
