This is my character Emika-Li from the 10 Rings Hero AU. She is the adoptive mother of my OC, Shen-Li. Her quirk is Bullseye, which allows her to hit targets from afar. Because of this quirk, she has earned herself the codename Hawkeye. Emika is also a lesbian currently in a relationship with Kaina Tsutsumi a.k.a Lady Nagant.

Unlike other cops, she has the belief that cops should have the right to use their quirks while trying to combat minor criminals, and she also believes that Vigillantes should not be hunted down like criminals. Many people support her beliefs.

Except for her father that is.

Likes: Shen, spending time with her girlfriend Kaina, quirks, heroes, vigilantes

Dislikes: Unfair laws, stubborn people, villains, her father's stubborn beliefs about quirks and heroes, Polo Shirts, homophobes
