Description
Kiriban/gift for of her character, Ahrien, in his lunar form.Figured I'd go ahead and finish this up today since it's been half finished for a while.
I know the back end is at an awkward angle, so please no critiques on that

I know you're probably tired of people asking this, but how do you do fur like that? I try, but mine looks useless in comparison.

Well usually after I do the base, I take a bigger brush with lower opacity to start laying out the direction of the fur, and since it has a lower opacity, it naturally overlaps, giving it an already fur-like look, then I go in with a smaller brush to detail/highlight/shadow it further, and then go to final touches. When I have time I could try making a tutorial or something, or you could come in one of my streams sometime. ouo

Haha, I normally just take a tiny brush and draw almost every hair by hand before adding shading to the clumps of fur and highlights around the edges. No wonder it takes me so long XD!

Yeah xD I usually only to the drawing individual hairs at the end for additional detail, and not everywhere, since I find less is generally more with stuff like that xD I used to draw every individual hair like that as well, and I just found that it was stressing me out far too much, taking too long and it wasn't getting the effects I wanted either, so I'm happier with this other method, it's easier and usually gets better results for me. c:
Of course I still go into detail a lot, I just don't obsess over it like I used to haha.

Awe, well I think it looks great. You always do so well with fur detail and your shading/highlights. I love the lighting in this, moonlight is the best and you pulled it off very well.
