I got a new camera about a week before Christmas haha, and my best friend here gave me a big easel ;u; Other than that, just a few doodads. But we did decide on a new house now, so we'll be moving really soon! Closing date is the end of January, so we can start moving in next month :'D
Haven't had much time at all for art though lately, which I feel bad about, especially for some commissioners. x.x I've mostly just been submitting photos I took on the recent trip to and from NC on my other account. Just submitted one now actually.

That's awesome, I bet you're taking lots of awesome pictures with your new camera! And That's great! I'm so glad you are finally able to move! I hope things will be easier from there, I know you've been waiting a while for this.
I haven't been drawing or anything lately... this art block is sticking for a while. But it seems like it's barely deciding to subside a bit and I'm at least doodling here and there.
My most exciting gift was a PS Vita, and I bought myself a 3DS XL yesterday. I am a very happy gamer. I'm excited for pokemon x and y to come out. Which one do you think you'll get?

I've been playing around with it, testing out different settings and such on the animals at the 2 "zoos" we were at.
I am too ;u; Even though it's so close, it still seems so far away because we're all anticipating the move so much haha. Things should start getting a lot easier after we get completely moved...

Awesome! I want a 3DS sometime too, I planned to buy one for Christmas, but I got the camera and we had to spend a lot for all those round trips to NC and other things as well, so I haven't gotten the chance yet. Maybe I'll try to wait and save up money next year and get one as well as both new pokemon games, since I honestly can't choose just one! I'm so excited for these as well! 8D That way I can get Fennekin as one starter, and Chespin for the other. lol

Haha I almost want to get both too. I may have to use Froakie for one of them just because no one else seems to want to lol. Fennekin is the one I want to use most and I like Chespin, I'm just curious about Froakie. And I don't want to look at any of the pokemon other than what the trailer has shown until the game comes out. I want to be surprised.

If they make a third game (Z or something) like it's been predicted, I'll probably get Froakie on that one, since I want to try it out too... Or I'll just breed a starter and trade with someone for one through the GTS or from a friend, idk. At least that way I won't have to worry about just choosing one xD
Same here kinda haha. Before B&W came out, I kinda spoiled most all of them because my curiosity was killing me lol, so hopefully I can hold out until they come out and then be surprised by those I find. This'll be hard not to spoil though, especially since as soon as they come out, a bunch of artists draw them |D

That is a good idea. I hope they come out with a Z so I can try out all three. And with how awesome these new legendaries look I'm excited to see what they would come up with for Z.
I still have to play through black and white2. I don't know all the pokemon in that one either but I've seen them all because of my friends. This new game will bring refreshing surprise and excitement. And that the look of the game is a bit different this time excites me as well.

Indeed... it only seems logical that there'll be a Z since the others are X and Y, it just doesn't seem compete without Z xD
And yeah, I'm pretty excited for the more 3-D look as well, I've always wanted a Pokemon game that plays through like KH almost, where you are just engulfed in the surroundings and you feel more involved, so I guess this is the closest we can get for now on one of the systems I have/will have haha (I'll get a 3DS sometime, just not right now OTL)

It would be cool to see them branch out a bit with the play style. But I guess I can understand them sticking to their normal style for fans and the fact that it's a pokemon game and that's the way they are. Although they did some interesting things when they made Conquest.

I haven't personally played it but my friends who are diehard pokemon fans had good things to say about it. One of my friends let me play it a little and it was interesting.
