[While Kas Dee looks on at the well, the others seem to take notice.]
Kirby: What's up, bud?
Kas Dee: Ever notice something fishy about that well over there?
Captain Toad: You mean that wishing well?
Kas Dee: Yeah.
Kamek: What's so fishy about it? It seems normal to me. Although... I do seem to be picking up traces of darkness coming from within...
Kas Dee: Yeah, me too-
Blue: (offscreen) GUYS!

[The others look, seeing a Technomancer holding Blue and carrying her out of the village.]
Technomancer: Target obtained. Returning to Dark Cyberspace.
Kevin: Oh no you don’t! (chased after the robot)

[The Technomancer looks at Kevin, then looks back at the entrance to the small town and shoots an eye beam. But the weird part is that the eye beam then turns into a violet portal.]
Blue: GUYS! HELP ME!
Kasden Guy: (also follows) Hang on, Blue!

[Kevin fires off a Chaos Spear at the Technomancer, which looks back at Kevin and dodges the Chaos Spear, only to get hit by one of Kasden Guy's backpack's robot arms, which punches the robo-cultist. A few Bugs assisted the Technomancer and take Blue into Dark Cyberspace. After that, the portal closes.]
Kevin: SHIT! They took Blue!
Captain Toad: Oh, for Grambi's sake... Are these guys STILL after her for those powers?

[Violet comes out of the store with a cake to share with her sister.]
Violet: Blue, you will not believe what I just got for us- (looks) Where'd she go?
Bowser: A Technomancer and 6 Bugs took her into some area called Dark Cyberspace or something.
Violet: What...?! WHERE did they take her...?!
Scratch: Cyberspace is a home for retired or scrapped Badniks of Eggman.
Grounder: We came to this village to escape a bunch of Bugs, they infested the entire town of Cyperspace.
Coconuts: Yeah and their leader took over and our entire Swatbot squad nearly lost their lives to fight the invaders!
Violet: Oh?
Grounder: But from what we've figured out, there's 2 other regions to it. Deep Cyberspace is one such place, it includes everything on the Net, which is password protected, paywalled or just protected in general.
Coconuts: And then there's Dark Cyberspace, which makes up just a TINY fraction of Cyberspace as a whole. Folks need an anonymizing web browser and a VPN to access it and it's got some bad encrypted stuff.
Scratch: Yes, and somehow, the Bugs and the rest of those working for that spiky haired demon made a stronghold there.
Kevin: So how do we get back to Cyberspace?
Scratch: Remember that pipe you guys took in Peach's Castle?
Captain Toad: Oh right.
Kevin: Well, I guess we’re going back to Peach’s Castle.
Kasden Guy: And we've got no time to lose!
