just redrew neutle to make him look more like the pre of plusle & minun i also changed his name 2 NEUTOT. so it isnt linked 2 much 2 plusle-neutLE, plusLEYeah i also did chatot's pre chirpip hes made up of the double music symbol thingyso his head & body r joined.
