Finally, another reference sheet! c:WELL ISN'T HE HANDSOME
I feel really bad for finding my own character handsome.
A character which is a deer.
Anyway, this is Malto, you already met him before c:
I slightly changed his antlers, and made them more fallow-deer-antler like. I couldn't really find how the antlers of a 4 year old fallow deer look, so perhaps I got them totally wrong, but I can't imagen they already have full grown antlers at this age.
Anyway, if someone knows more about this, please tell me!
I also removed the strings who were attached to his antlers, I can't really tell why, but it's part of the story
I'm pretty happy with how this came out, I'm so excited to work on my comic, I really hope I'll be able to post the last reference sheet and the cover of my comic before I'm going to Sziget

Well I do have problems with those long elegant legs for sure T-T
But I just found the most adorable deer specie in the world ='3 It's called the Tufted deer and it has tusks <3

They're adorable indeed, but I don't like their tusks, makes me think of a warthog :C

Well yes they are, but their antlers get bigger every year, and when they grow old they get smaller again o3o
But I don't know the exact ages
