This is my second deviation: 5203 to Vista 2.* Glass taskbar
* Now supports 3D toolbars in office (or apps compiled with visual studio)
* New taskbarbuttons and improved hover

Yes, go to control panel -> mouse -> cursor -> select the cursor you wan't to edit, click on browse and select your cursor

Excellent vs. However, I have three suggestions: 1. add an option to keep the start menu button either white or colored instead of changing colors on mouseover 2. add an option for a "full" start menu, I dislike the "compact" versions 3. the current start menu color scheme is off from the rest of the vs, it should be changed to match the rest of the ui. Aside from these things, you've done good work.

I do not know what to call this but can you skin the Add/Remove programs area? When I go into control panel > add/remove program, the shell is not skinned. Other than that, your VS looks great.

Very, very nice. Using it now, BUT:
transbar_setup (for glass taskbar).exe sucks! I says "TransBar requires Windows 2000 or higher, aborting!"
I'm running Windows 2003, which is the serverversion of XP, and it's actually a little newer. I can run EVERYTHING, since it's using XP's kernel, so if you please could remove that.

I'm not the author of that application so I can't help you..
You can try to set the conpatibility to windows 2000,
right click on the transbar_setup.exe and on the compatibility tab select windows 2000.
If it don't work I can't help you

For transparent taskbar use the transbar application, it is already in the package with the skin you've downloaded.
