SPOILER ALERT!!Yes, I'm still alive ^^
Everything goes pretty smothly, just that I barely have time to draw digitally if it's not those covers I'm doing atm. Btw, the author loved it so I'm getting it printed
So excited 
Today was a very busy day at work though. So when I came home I just wanted to do something else and started sketching Percy...and got carried away D: I'm in such a Percy Jackson mood lately
Really, it's scary xD my books still haven't arrived though...the present was for Christmas damnit!! X_XWell yeah..So, I drew Percy again. Because I hate the first version. Only reason here. And I'm well aware that I used the same texture for Thalia. But that's on purpose, ya know? Now when you post them next to each other, it's like a mirror!
I quite like the relationship Thalia and Percy have - I mean not romantic but a rivalary that's still a friendship (And Percy belongs to Annabeth anyway >_<). And they're both kids of one of the big three, that makes it even better x'DSee that shield there? That's supposed to be the watch-shield Tyson made him btw. I loved how he put that much care in something for his brother even though it got destroyed in the end. Ya know, in my story about "The son of Neptune"-

mean im going to try something similar hopefully sharpen my skills in the process im lacking in the ability to draw clothing which in many of the charters i draw doesn't matter but percy always wears clothing so I'm going to draw a deviation based off of yours changed with my own style of coarse in fact i finished it just a few minutes ago and it does look good. I use colored pencil as my preferred media though.

well if it gets more popular and it's located somewhere on the internet, it will eventually appear on a search. depends on what you search for and where. Google for example searches for most keyword hits or smiliar hits. Devantart searches by popularity on the site or if you click "newest" it searches for the newest works on that topic. So it depends, really. But mostly, popular work gets shown or work that's been mentioned very often

The shield should indeed be attached to the arm, you're right ^^. I just noticed my mistake afterwards and I'll try to make it better next time I draw him with his shield!

It's nice. The only thing I find disturbing is that his frame is a leeeetle girlish. Curvy and all, ya know. But that's my opinion of course. I'm more into muscle and stuff. Anyways, good work

Wow. That's all I can say. LOL. I have a suggestion for the top right corner...you could do a trident, his symbol for his father...and you could do something like that for all the others who have blank spaces? IE: Annabeth could have an owl, Luke could have a wing or caduceus, and Thalia already has the moon as her symbol for being Artemis' hunter, or you could do a lightning bolt instead, or maybe a lightning bolt inside of the moon? IDK, just ideas, but I think it'd be cool...love the picture!

How do you do your backgrounds? I really like all your Percy Jackson pictures

That's a very simple gradient I do in Photoshop and afterwards you put the texture you choose over the whole thing. After that, you select an effect/mode for the texture, mostly "overlay" or "multiply" and lower the opacity. Then you're finished
